KENCO’s strategic acquisition enhances the presence of Canadian 3pl

KENCO has acquired the 3PL external agencies on the 3pl arm of the Ontario -based Drexel Industries in a move that will add four material sites and 100 employees to the growing Canadian fingerprint in Kenco.

The four Drexel Industries warehouses, all of which are located in London, Ontario, are equal from Toronto, Detroit and Boufalo, New York, operating as multi -lifting distribution spaces in a campus -like environment and resource sharing. KENCO will also take advantage of the joint experience between Drexel Industries and fill in the participants to increase the enhancement of service offers.

Family -owned Drexel Industries helped the B2B and B2C brands distribute their goods at the international level by providing services including storage, loyalty, Amazon FBA Prep, Brokeraage and reverse logistical services.

“From a cultural and operational point of view, Kenco is an ideal occasion with our 3PL business,” Jason Salmon, CEO of Drexel Industries, said in a statement. “Our teams share the same vision: to raise the complications of logistics management from our customers, so that they can focus on basic competencies. Mixing automation and technology resources in Kenco with our knowledge in the Canadian market and the proximity of warehouses to the main markets, we will enable companies throughout North America to reach new levels of distribution efficiency.”
