It enhances safety with the support of European organizational compliance
I launched Stoneridge, Inc. (NYSE: SRI) Mirrooreye® II (MP II), the version of the next generation of the pioneering mirrooreye camera monitoring system in industry (CMS), for buses, trainers and solid vehicles. The new system provides critical safety features, including the BMS (BSIS), the spoken information system (mois), and the digital video for recording and analysis.
Mirrooreye replaces traditional side vision mirrors with high -resolution cameras and screens inside the cabin, which greatly improves the driver’s vision and reduce blind spots. MP II relies on the reputation of the system for performance, with improved capabilities that support compliance with the General Union of European Union (European Union 2019/2144).

Extensive features and flexibility
Mirrooreye MP II features a set of new technologies, including:
- An integrated surveillance camera -A compact surveillance camera uses the same high -quality lens and sensor technology such as side vision cameras, which ensures consistent and smooth visual experience across all offers. Footage of the surveillance camera can be directed to a seven -inch screen or merged into 12.3 -inch or 15 -inch displays, depending on the requirements of the cabin.
- BSIS and mois support -This system corresponds to the critical safety regulations of the European Union, when it is used, warnings are displayed directly on the screens, giving drivers immediate visual signals linked to the camera views in the actual time.
- Blind Information System (BSIS) to detect cyclists alongside the car.
- Stop the information system (mois) to identify pedestrians and bikers in front of the car.
- Digital video output – Mirrooreye MP II includes the new digital video flow for external recording. This feature supports accident documents, drivers training, protection protection, and insurance demands, making it a valuable tool for fleet safety and operations.
