Three logistical companies said this week that they merged into one unit to meet the cargo needs of companies of all sizes, as it will operate Firstmile, Aci Logistix and Sendle now under the leadership of the Fast Group group, a private company in the Philippines.
The companies said that although Fast Group will be a major headquarters in California, the three transport companies will continue to work under their commercial parties, all of which work as an integrated logistical ecosystem. The merger has been supported by funds from Fedration Asset Management, an Australian investment company.
According to the partners, Fast Group will offer a range of e -commerce charging, supporting companies ranging from direct brands for consumers to international institutions. More specifically:
- First, a business specialist in the middle of the market, will expand the infrastructure of national receipt of the pattern through the integrated group, which expands and improving the service to all.
- ACI Logistix will provide infrastructure, automation and sorting, and various delivery capabilities.
- Sendle, which provides parcel delivery services to small companies throughout the United States, Australia and Canada, brings the range, technology and customer support to the group.
Keith Somers, CEO of ACI Logistix, will supervise the quick group as CEO. He said: “By combining our capabilities under the Fast Group collection, we create a full and powerful logistical ecosystem that can support customers through the entire growth path, where they adapt and compete in a constantly advanced electronic trade scene.”
“This strategic integration, supported by the Federation’s Assets Management, will achieve additional benefits to customers in all sectors – SMB, and the middle market market – through the improvement of the first miles, the fastest and full national distribution, and the support of integrated customers,” Somers said.
