Echo Global Logistics Logistics (3PL) said on Monday that it had acquired a 3pl Freightsaver colleague in a step to expand and experience the managed transport customers.
Freightsaver serves customers across the full Truckload load sectors, less than Truckload (LTL), expedited, specialized charging, and managed transport. Its headquarters is located in California, and it includes sites in Park City, Utah, Rochester, Michigan, Columbus, Ohio, Timikola, California.
“Freightsaver brings a wonderful reputation in bustle, transparency and response – the values that reflect Echo,” Dave Menzel, Chairman and Chairman of Operations in Sada, said in a statement. “By adding the experience of Ryan Rin and Bastar Shwab, who have a busy record in selling managed transport solutions and building strong relationships to customers, Echo will continue to increase growth in the managed transport area.”
The conditions of the deal were not revealed.
