ERIE, Pennsylvania Logistics Logistics (3PL), said that it has obtained Loaddevideo Logs, a Chicago shipping company, saying that this step will provide customers with comprehensive transportation management solutions while taking advantage of the back office coding across both organizers.
After the deal, Loaddever Read Logistics will continue to work under the “Logcy Brand Brand”, while working closely with the Logistics Plus (NAD) mediation team (North America).
“This acquisition represents another step forward in our commitment to helping customers to move in complex supply chains,” Craig Warning, Director of Operations in North America at Logistics Plus said in a statement. “We will together create a more powerful and developed platform for trucks looking for reliable and flexible transport solutions.”
The conditions of the deal were not revealed, but the sources at Logistics Plus said that the Loaddeliver driving team will remain in place, with plans to work closely with Logistics Plus.
