Rock Rail is funded by German

A total of 61 trains will be deployed in northwestern Germany of 2029.

Rock Rail NNW is in Rock Rail NNW at Rock Rail in the funding of 61 Siemens Mireo Plus B Bemus. The value of the deal has not been revealed. The new trains will be rented and published in northwestern Germany by an operator who has not yet been appointed by the Local Transport Association in Westphalia-Liby (NWL).

NWL, which runs public transportation services in the eastern part of the RUHR region, plans to run the new Bemu network later this year, with the announcement of a successful exhibitor in 2026. The 15 -year contract is expected to start with the change of the schedule in December 2029 and will include the operation of 7.1 million training each year that is replaced by the current DMUS.

According to NWL, this will be the second largest Bemu fleet in Germany as soon as the new trains are in the service.
