Bwt Logistics, a third -party logistics equipment, said 3PL (3PL) said today that she got Razr Logistics, a logistical logistical company and a storage provider, from its mother company, Johnson Storage & Moving.
The treatment conditions were not issued, but Atlanta -based BWT said it funded the deal with the capital from Argosy Private Equity, Bluejay Capital Partners, Southfield and Spring Capital Partners.
