The company said that Didero, a startup in New York, provides artificial intelligence agents (AI) for purchasing tasks, has acquired Covalent AI, making purchase solutions operating in Amnesty International.
According to Didero, common technologies will enhance their customers’ ability to use AISERIC AI to automate the supply chain and purchases entirely from the source to payment. This approach can enable users to “put their supply chains on the automated pilot”, which is a strong approach at a time when many companies are looking for ways to navigate the induction uncertainty in an increasingly unexpected commercial scene.
The conditions of the deal were not revealed. But Didero was established in 2023, and $ 7 million in investment capital was raised on a seed tour, and this represents its first acquisition.

Armed with all these data, artificial intelligence agents in the company can take action on behalf of users, automate tasks such as resources, management of suppliers, purchase orders, and bills.
