Onetouchdistribution, automated and high -resolution loyalty system, presented by ISD

Wixom, Mi, August 2025 ISD Onetouchdistribution, a sophisticated automation system designed to improve the fulfillment of divided operations and pallet operations. By combining storage, retrieval, transportation and processing techniques in the latest model, the system reduces employment requirements, enhances accuracy, and increases the use of the facility space.

Onetouchdistribution provides a comprehensive approach to warehouse automation, providing a series of receipts received to the exported fulfillment. The system significantly reduces employment requirements by receiving, storage and requesting requests.

By taking advantage of the advanced tracking and sequences, ontuchdistribality 99.9 per cent of accuracy and stocks with maintaining high productivity ensures peak demand. High -density system design allows to store hundreds of thousands of cases or products divided into a compact imprint, making it an ideal solution for facilities that look forward to increasing operational efficiency without expanding their material area.

“Onetouchdrybility is designed with flexibility and light movement in its essence,” said Ed Roman, Vice President of Marketing at ISD. “Every process faces unique challenges, and our system adapts to these needs … whether they are dealings, division or platforms. They allow companies to expand smoothly, adapt to the transformation of demand, and improve the fulfillment of the matter without disturbances. This level of adaptation guarantees the efficiency of our customers, accuracy, and speed, even in the most dynamic distribution environment.”

The system automates the treatment received by receiving the products through the independent lifting trucks, mobile robots, humans, or cobututs. Once received, the elements are scanned, recorded and directed to an automatic storage and retrieval system that regulates and tracks each product in actual time.

Applications are processed based on the requirements of the sequence and the specific loyalty, ensuring the reservoir of inventory in the optimal sequence of estuaries. Products that are recovered are sent to automatic or semi -automatic capacity stations, where they are either chosen and sent to a marking area for divided treatment, which were directed directly to travel to capture cases or deliver them to the platform and/or the external graduation area for the final shipping.

OneTuchdistribution is designed to support a wide range of industries, including food services, e -commerce, pharmaceutical preparations, industrial distribution, reverse logistical services, and third -party logistics. Its capable development provides gradual implementation, which enables companies to integrate automation into their own parallel while maintaining continuous processes.

It adds the ability of the system to deal with the orders of full, division and pallets inside one platform, to its diversity, which makes it an applicable solution to distribution centers with various fulfillment requirements.

The system also provides flexibility for the order sequence, allowing the selection of products and processing them in an accurate weight -based arrangement, fragility, delivery requirements, demand cutting times, and customer preferences. It guarantees automatic survey and signs fully verified before the applications are left, reducing errors and increasing efficiency. Likewise, documents and stands printers can be easily combined into the OneTaUERBRIBRIBURIBURD distribution system to increase revenue generation and reduce employment.

Focusing on improving the space, the system reduces lost storage areas and increases the available cubic area, creating a more efficient and cost -effective distribution.
