DHL expands: obtaining a second e -commerce company in North America

Dhl Supply Screen, a German logistics solution provider DHL today, said she captured Plainfield, Indiana Nockerce Ex-Confillment and IDS DUSTISTICITICITICITIS, which represents a second e-commerce in North America for DHL in 2025.

The acquisition of the DHL Supply Chain from January of Inmar’s reverse logistical services, making it the largest revenue processing provider in North America.


Now, this last acquisition adds more than 1.3 million square feet of multiple factors and distribution space in IDS facilities in Indianapolis, Indiana, Solt Lake City, Utah, Atlanta, GiGia, Blenefield, Indiana. The conditions of the deal were not revealed, but DHL said it would continue to run all IDS facilities under the current local leaders.

DHL said it has taken this step as more multinational organizations seek to establish the abilities of loyalty in North America. “E -commerce has been a growth driver for DHL in recent years, an important focus in our 2030 agenda,” Patrick Kefer, CEO of the supply chain in North America. “The acquisition of the completion of IDS not only expands our operational imprint, but also ensures that small and medium companies have access to modern logistical services that are designed for their specific requirements.”

The DHL strategy for 2030, entitled “accelerating sustainable growth”, focuses on achieving a 50 % increase in revenue by 2030, with sustainability also included as a basic corner for its operations.
