Trillium Rail Partners (TRP) will deliver the stations, railway and systems package (SRS) to extend Eglinton Crosstown West.
Offer for Martin Group’s Future Station.
The Ontario and Metrolinx infrastructure chose Trillium rail Partners (TRP) to deliver the stations, railway and systems package (SRS) to extend Eglinton Crosstown West 9.2KM (ECW) to the light rail network in Toronto.
The consortium consists of WSP Canada, Amico Major Projects, Alberici Constructors, and Acciona Infrastructure Canada. The Federation signed the main development and construction agreement (DMCA) with Metrolinx, which represents the beginning of the development phase in light of the gradual design purchases model.
Under DMCA, TRP will start building early business and working with Metrolinx to increase design scope development, risk customization and project elements as part of the development phase. ECWE extends from Mount Dennis, the western station of the Eglington Crosstown line, west to Renfork Drive, with 7.7 km in the tunnel, advanced.
The SRS package includes the design and construction of seven stations and installation of railways and the extension systems. It will also include working on the current Mount Dennis station to connect ECWE with the future line 5.
The comprehensive Eleglinton Crossown West Extrent project is delivered through a group of public and private partnerships (PPP), progressive design contracts and traditional purchasing contracts.
